Sentury successfully acquired Thailand Lisheng Rubber Industrial Park

On April 11, 2016, the signing ceremony of Sentury Group’s acquisition of Thailand’s Lisheng Rubber Industrial Park was witnessed by Deputy Governor Xia Geng of Shandong Province, former Deputy Prime Minister Pini of Thailand, Foreign Affairs Director Xue Qingguo of Shandong Province , Deputy Director Li Guanbin of Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the deputy director Shi Guangliang of Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce and other leaders. Sentury's global footprint has been expanded, and the pace of internationalization has taken another solid step.

At the signing ceremony, Chairman Qin Long introduced Sentury’s acquisition of Thailand’s Lisheng Rubber Industrial Park. The total investment in this acquisition is 3.5 billion baht. The park has 5326 acres of land, 1,000 acres of supporting facilities, and 4326 acres of land available for lease and sale. After the merger, the Lisheng Rubber Industrial Park will be officially renamed "Lilong Rubber Industrial Park". The industrial park plans to introduce 10 tire producers and 10 supporting enterprises to build a rubber industry-based, upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, multifunctional integrated park. "This is another major move taken by Sentury to actively respond to the country's "One Belt, One Road" strategy and penetrate into the international arena. Sentury vowed to make the'Lilong Rubber Industrial Park' the world's No. 1 professional rubber tire industrial park."

After the merger, the "Lilong Rubber Industrial Park" will be benchmarked against the standards of world-class multinational companies, and will make overall arrangements for the application of ecological and environmental protection technology, circular economy design of upstream and downstream industrial chains, sustainable development strategic planning, and corporate social responsibility. The good image of Chinese enterprises "going out" as multinational enterprises has played a greater role in deepening China's "One Belt One Road" strategy.
